Revenue Growth Leader | Culture Carrier | Leader of Leaders
Experienced HR Tech Leader
I’m a revenue leader with 13+ years of experience in SaaS and HR tech, focused on building and scaling high-performing new business teams.
Today, I lead a multi-layered sales organization, managing managers and driving net new acquisition across a $50M+ portfolio. My focus is on creating clarity, building strong leaders, and driving consistent, predictable growth.
I’ve spent my career helping teams grow, evolve, and execute. From building early-stage new business motion to operating in complex enterprise environments, I bring structure, accountability, and a clear path to results.
At the core, I care about building teams that know how to win new logos and leaders who can scale that success.

Passion for People
I care deeply about people. But I care just as much about performance. The best teams have both.
My leadership style is grounded in a few core principles: be clear, be honest, and set a high bar. I believe in radical candor, strong accountability, and creating environments where people feel real ownership over their work.
A lot of how I lead is shaped by my CliftonStrengths:, through Gallup:
1. Positivity : Contagious enthusiasm. We are upbeat and can get others excited about what we are going to do.
2. Competition : We measure progress against the performance of others. We strive to win first place and revel in contests.
3. Maximizer : Focus on strengths as a way to stimulate personal and group excellence. We seem to transform something strong into something superb.
4. Harmony: Look for consensus. We don’t enjoy conflict; rather, we seek areas of agreement.
5. Woo: Love the challenge of meeting new people and winning them over. We derive satisfaction from breaking the ice and making a connection with someone.
These show up in how I lead every day, in how I coach, and in how I build teams. My mantra:
“Relationships, not power drive you forward”. Kim Scott, Radical Candor.

Moral Compass
Boy Mom and wife, Midwestern gal, lover of all things true crime, red wine connoisseur. I never deny a good novel, I prefer to curl up on the couch with a good book and a movie than going out and about.
My team and friends would describe me as fiercely loyal with an infectious zest for life. Simply put: I am passionate and I pour my heart into everything I do.
What Senior Leaders Are Saying
“Erin is second to none. I hired and managed her directly for 2+ years and she was always a top performer. She was creative, strategic and I knew I could count on her to get stuff done - always. She was my right hand person until she was promoted into leadership - and then became a trusted peer. As a people leader she is known for her energy, positive attitude, attention to detail, compassionate coaching and continued focus on delivering sales results..”
— Sarah Travaglio, Head of Customer Success @ Brex
“I managed Erin for over 4 years at LinkedIn as both a Sr AM and a people manager. In this time, Erin developed across multiple dimensions: her understanding of our talent media business, customer-focus, and what it takes to motivate and support a team. She led a team of account managers for the past 2 years who achieved 125% of their revenue goal in FY19. She consistently receives superlative feedback from her team and partners for her positivity, work ethic, fostering collaboration, and being a terrific sales/AM coach. Erin will elevate productivity, impact, and morale leading sales, acct mgmt or customer success teams wherever she goes in her career!”
— James Domenick, Head of Account Management @ Amazon
“I had the privilege of working with Erin at WorkTango when she was my VP of Sales, and can confidently say she is an exceptional, results-driven sales leader.
She has a sharp ability to quickly analyze both qualitative and quantitative data and translate it into decisive action. Erin moves fast, makes thoughtful decisions, and consistently delivers strong outcomes.
What truly stands out is her ability to build a high-performing sales culture - one that motivates, holds teams accountable, and drives results. She creates an environment where people do their best work and win together.
Any organization would be lucky to have Erin leading its team.
— Monique McDonough, CEO @ WorkTango

“Erin - there are not enough words to describe how appreciative I am to have you as a leader, mentor, and friend. You have always made it a priority to help me not only identify my goals, but help me achieve them. I can approach you with anything that is on my mind and you will provide a sounding board and walk me through how to solve my challenge, as opposed to dictating what to do or questioning my ability to problem solve. You've helped me identify what my strengths are, have proactively sought out opportunities to help me thrive, and have always been transparent with what you find needs to be done. I've learned more from you than any other manager I've worked with and those teachings have developed who I am as a professional”
— Erum Miah, Enterprise Account Director @ LinkedIn

Thank you for being a beacon of strength for our team during these uncertain times, know that you did it was grace and confidence. Thank you for fostering a team culture built on inclusion and equality”
