My leadership philosophy centers around building trust and human connection to develop high performing teams. I care personally and challenge directly. My mantra:

Moral Compass

Mom and wife, Midwestern gal,  lover of all things true crime, red wine connoisseur. I never deny a good novel, I prefer to curl up on the couch with a good book and a movie than going out and about.
